The ADOfil 3- axis Bench Top Glue Dispensing Robot is made to provide precise fluid dispensing placement and positioning. A high level of reliability and to a certain extent are achieved with an accurately set syringe, cartridge, and valve system. The programmer is simple to use and made specifically for fluid dispensing tasks. It enables the creation of complex dispensing procedures that are user-friendly and can be set up and running in a matter of minutes (dots, lines, circles, arcs, and fills).
DXF files can be imported into the exclusive Windows programming software and quickly produce lines or dots using the CAD data imported. This characteristic drastically reduces the time required to construct intricate dispensing patterns or a large number of dispensing positions. By integrating inside a safety enclosure, the RD005 Advance can be delivered singly or as a full standalone machine system.
